These are great courses and expertly run by Workplace Mental First Aid. I've done two of them now; two of the best courses I have undertaken in my entire corporate career spanning nearly 40 years. If you have a genuine interest in the mental health and well-being of fellow humans, these course are a great place to start.

We had a small but diverse group of people, including people of different ethnic backgrounds, neurodivergent people, and people who identified as LBTIQA+. The facilitator did a great job creating a safe space to learn

Michelle was patient, kind, and delivered the course content really well. We attended as a group and were all very grateful for her approach, particularly with such heavy content. Our booking process was easy and straightforward, a great experience all around. Thank you so much!
